Miko Dress Knitting pattern

Miko has a very flattering shape as the eye is drawn to the central cable patterning and, let’s face it, who doesn’t love pockets!  Knitted without seams, we recommend circular needles for this project. 

Knitting techniques include five cable patterns, left and right decreasing stitches

Sizes:

X-Small: UK sizes 4-6, to fit approx 73cm/29″ bust (weight 650g : 13 balls or 6 skeins )
Small: UK sizes 8-10, to fit approx 83cm/33″ bust (weight 700g : 14 balls or 6.5 skeins )
Medium: UK sizes 12-14, to fit approx 93cm/37″ bust (weight 750g : 15 balls or 6.5 skeins )
Large: UK sizes 16-18, to fit approx 102cm/40″ bust (weight 850g : 17 balls or 7 skeins )
X-Large: UK sizes 20-22, to fit approx 112cm/44″ bust (weight 900g : 18 balls or 8 skeins )

Knitted on 3.5 and 4 mm circular needles with a long cord.

Tension: 20 sts and 29 rows to 10 cm square over Stocking Stitch using 4 mm needles and Purl Alpaca Designs’ Fine yarn.

Please note, correct tension must be obtained to make sure this garment fits properly.
