Luna Cowl Knit Tin Kit Gift Set

This practical Gift Set is sent to you in a lovely tin and the contents are: Pattern, Yarn, Needles, Care Instructions and biography card from one of our alpacas.

The Luna Cowl is an interesting and quick knit which combines lots of different techniques.  Worked in one piece (including the fabulous fringe edging), there is little finishing at the end; definitely one to knit and wear soon.
Luna is not only a wonderfully stylish piece, it’s also a cosy cowl which will keep your throat and upper chest warm no matter what the weather has in store.  If you don't like the fringe, don't cast on the four extra stitches after the lattice cable.

Knitted in Purl Alpaca Designs 100% pure alpaca Medium yarn
Skill level: Intermediate

One Size only (weight 150g) - Finished Measurements:
Circumference at neck edge - 35 cm; Circumference at cable edge - 86 cm; Depth [excluding fringe] - 28 cm
Knitted on 6mm knitting needles.
Tension:  15 sts and  27 rows to 10 cm square over Garter Stitch using 6mm needles.

Please note, if using a different yarn, correct tension must be obtained to make sure this garment fits properly.
