Workshop dates 2018

Yay, the workshop dates are here and each event will have its own flavour, not only in the food but in the landscape, the sight of the alpacas and of course, when the babies are born; their magical presence is fabulous soul food.  Don’t forget to bring your camera!

24th February – the days are lengthening and are usually cold and crisp, it is perfect weather for wearing those gorgeous alpaca knits.  The food will be warming and comforting – bit like the day itself!  The alpacas will spend a lot of the time in the afternoon right outside the window, eating hay and watching us knit, laugh and knit some more.  BOOK NOW

19th May – Last chance to see the alpacas in full fleece for this year with the beautiful backdrop of the willow trees, a walnut tree donning its new green leaves and you’ll be able to capture some truly lovely images, or they might just stare at you through the windows.  BOOK NOW

Alpacas seeing their reflection

16th June – Shearing will have occurred and the alpacas will look totally different.  A friend described them as wearing a bonnet whilst nude!  The potential mothers will definitely be observable and just willing you to feed them an apple.  Then again, like Dusty, they may just lay on the grass sunbathing and ignore us all.  BOOK NOW
